“The written announcement text”
1.      Social Function
To give information with or without instruction or indication which should followed, to promote the information between teacher, students, headmaster, and administration staff.
2.      Text Structure
The ordinary phrase which used in announcement text in the mass media or in the internet, by order and harmony
3.      Linguistics Element
The vocabulary, grammar or structure, pronunciation, reference word, stress word, intonation, spelling, and punctuation by handwriting or print clearly and orderly.

G.    STEPS OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES FIRST MEETING
1.      Pre-activity (5 minutes)
a.       Teacher gives greeting and praying together.
b.      Teacher gives motivation to build up students’ spirit in studying.
c.       Teacher gives questions and respons about students’ knowledge regarding the material in this meeting which is about announcement.
d.      Teacher explains the purpose of study which it will reach.
2.      Whiles activity (7 menit)

1.      The teacher gives examples of rules to students.
2.      The teachers prepare audio for listening learning
3.      The teachers prepare exercise for teaching about listening
4.      The teachers share exercise about listening to students
5.      The teacher explain the instructions to students
6.      The teacher audio play at least three times

8.      The teachers provide instruction to students to exchange and correct answers.
